„Das unhöflichste Hotelpersonal der Welt
Das unhöflichste Hotelpersonal der Welt. Auf der Dienstreise nach der Ankunft in St. Maarten hatten wir uns kurzfristig, aufgrund der überwiegend guten Bewertungen, für das Hotel Sonesta Maho Beach entschlossen. NEVER EVER!!! Der Checkin dauerte unglaublich lange. Dabei wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer noch nicht ready sind (18:00Uhr Ortszeit). Somit haben wir 45min auf unsere Hotelzimmer gewartet. Beim betreten des Zimmers war der Zustand unterirdisch, so das ich das Zimmer tauschen musste. Nachdem ich die Rezeption ansprach, verschwand diese ohne ein Wort zu sagen. Überrascht sprach ich darauf die nächste Mitarbeiterin an: „nicht ihr Problem“. Etwas perplex verlangte ich den Hotelmanager. Der teilte mir kurzatmig mit, dass es meine Schuld wäre, da ich die Zimmer viel zu spät gebucht hätte. OK. Wieder perplex teilte ich ihn mit, dass man vllt. zukünftig kurzfristige Buchungen ablehnen sollte. Die Antwort kam prompt „should I cancel for you, yes, should I?“. Hier hätte ich JA sagen sollen, denn es wurde schlimmer. Nach zirka 1:20h hatte ich ein Zimmer. Das Personal in den All Inlusive Restaurants hat eine Art „Humor“, welchen ich scheinbar nicht verstehe. Einfach nur unhöflich und grundlos frech.
